Cependant, le prix seul n&rsquo;est plus un facteur de diff\u00e9renciation concurrentielle. Les d\u00e9taillants doivent donner la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un environnement en magasin qui justifie le d\u00e9placement, transforme la navigation en d\u00e9couverte et donne aux clients l&rsquo;impression que cela vaut la peine de revenir.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-8\">L&rsquo;atmosph\u00e8re fa\u00e7onne la d\u00e9couverte, stimule la conversion et cr\u00e9e des liens durables avec la marque.  <strong>Environ 63 % des acheteurs interrog\u00e9s d\u00e9clarent que les m\u00e9dias en magasin attirent leur attention et renforcent leur attachement \u00e0 une marque.<\/strong>  Un d\u00e9taillant de produits de beaut\u00e9 qui propose un parfum \u00e9tonnant, une marque de mode durable qui utilise l&rsquo;Affichage dynamique pour d\u00e9composer sa cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement, un d\u00e9taillant de produits de plein air qui joue du rock ind\u00e9pendant &#8211; ces exp\u00e9riences sensorielles r\u00e9sonnent plus profond\u00e9ment et favorisent la fid\u00e9lisation des clients.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-9\">Un environnement bien con\u00e7u donne le bon ton et transforme les acheteurs en d\u00e9fenseurs. Plus de <strong>la moiti\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es estiment qu&rsquo;un moment agr\u00e9able v\u00e9cu en magasin \u00e9tait suffisamment convaincant pour \u00eatre partag\u00e9<\/strong>, soit sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux (19 %), soit lors de conversations avec des amis ou des membres de la famille (44 %). Les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations sont plus enclines \u00e0 parler d&rsquo;exp\u00e9riences m\u00e9morables, puisque <strong>50 % d&rsquo;entre elles sont partag\u00e9es avec leur entourage<\/strong>, tandis que <strong>27 % sont publi\u00e9es en ligne.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-10\">L&rsquo;atmosph\u00e8re peut \u00eatre subtile, mais c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;un des leviers de fid\u00e9lisation les plus accessibles du commerce de d\u00e9tail.
