Tailored for the fast-paced retail floor, this program resonates with a diverse audience, from teens to families, and celebrates the brand’s inclusive spirit. We provided Primark with the control they needed using Mood Harmony™, our intuitive centralized content management system. Harmony centrally manages Primark’s in-store music, ensuring a consistent, high-energy environment across hundreds of global locations. This ensures continuous music playback, helping Primark consistently deliver on its brand promise of an engaging and upbeat shopping experience.
Scent ~ A Bright, Youthful Signature for Primark
To complete the sensory journey, we introduced a signature scent. This vibrant floral-citrus fragrance diffuses through the HVAC system, creating a seamless and consistent experience. The scent captures the luminous, joyful, and effortlessly confident spirit of wanderlust, aligning perfectly with Primark’s brand energy.
Managed Services ~ LaaS & Proactive Monitoring
To ensure a seamless customer experience, our partnership with Primark focuses on managing all operational and legal aspects of the service.
Mood Media’s Licensing as a Service (LaaS) simplifies the complexities of music licensing, and we collaborate closely to ensure legal coverage across all their markets, including those that require a direct licensing partnership.
Our Managed Services proactively monitor all in-store audio devices, ensuring uninterrupted playback with minimal downtime. Additionally, our Remote Connectivity Monitoring provides an intuitive dashboard with real-time insights, empowering the Primark team to maintain player uptime and control while avoiding unexpected issues.

Through this partnership, a potent and unified brand experience was forged. The novel multisensory environment enlivens Primark’s brand narrative, transforming each visit into a positive and unforgettable interaction. Following its success, the solutions suite is now being rolled out to most new locations globally and 30 refits each year.
