About QuickChek
QuickChek is a chain of convenience stores with more than 150 stores in the New Jersey and New York area. In 1967 they opened their first store in Dunellen, New Jersey, and have since grown into a chain of gas stations that are spread throughout the northeastern US.

The Objective
QuickChek’s goal was to provide a degree of music customization on the local level for its individual stores, while allowing corporate to maintain overall control of the content from one location.
The Solution
Music
Mood worked with QuickChek to devise a music strategy that reflects their brand identity, while still giving individual stores the opportunity to customize their playlists.
Messaging
QuickChek utilizes overhead messages to advertise vendor offerings and special promotions. Messages are provided by QuickChek and scheduled by the Mood Messaging team.
Systems
Mood installed sound systems at QuickChek locations to ensure the highest quality audio output for their music and messaging solutions. Alongside their speaker systems, Mood also provided microphone and intercom systems for overhead and pumpside communications.
Harmony
Many of the solutions were brought together with Mood Harmony. With Harmony software, QuickChek can control and monitor all of the music and messaging content across their entire footprint from one single login.
The Results
With the Harmony media player, Mood was able to address the request from QuickChek to allow its stores the freedom to select the music they want to listen to, while still meeting brand standards by allowing corporate to access, monitor, and maintain control of each individual device from one login.
