Oudere klanten kunnen zich ondertussen richten op de persoonlijke interactie. Consistente serviceprotocollen zorgen ervoor dat iedereen krijgt wat hij nodig heeft.   <\/p>\n<p>In plaats van te kiezen tussen high-tech en high-touch, cre\u00ebren slimme exploitanten flexibele belevingen. Een 22-jarige kan mobiel bestellen terwijl een 65-jarige graag een praatje maakt met het personeel. Toch zegt 92% van de ondervraagden dat digitale functies zoals bevestigingsschermen of zichtbare totalen hun algehele beleving verbeteren als ze eenmaal in de rij staan. <\/p>\n<p>Deze kleine details maken een verschil. Eenenzestig procent zegt dat ze graag op een scherm zien wat ze bestellen, terwijl bijna de helft het totaalbedrag wil zien voordat ze betalen. En een derde waardeert geschatte wachttijden of speciale rijstroken voor mobiele bestellingen. Deze functies geven vertrouwen en dynamiek aan een beleving die anders gehaast of onzeker kan aanvoelen.   <\/p>\n<p>Denk aan de gestresste manager die tussen twee vergaderingen door gaat lunchen. Als ze het totaalbedrag zien voordat ze naar het loket gaan, kunnen ze de betaling al klaarzetten. Of de ouder met drie kinderen die een blik kan werpen op het bevestigingsscherm in plaats van de bestelling mentaal te controleren.
