Cuando los restaurantes de servicio r\u00e1pido (QSR) dan en el clavo en estos aspectos fundamentales y a\u00f1aden toques de atenci\u00f3n, como confirmaciones visibles de los pedidos en <a href=\"https:\/\/moodmedia.com\/es\/soluciones-visuales\/tablones-de-menus-digitales\/\">los tablones de men\u00fas digitales<\/a>, el 92% de los clientes notan la mejora.   <\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-9\">Las visitas al autoservicio se producen en los momentos intermedios de la vida: el caf\u00e9 antes de una gran presentaci\u00f3n, la cena despu\u00e9s de un largo d\u00eda en el que nadie quiere cocinar y el almuerzo r\u00e1pido entre reuniones consecutivas. Estas interacciones pueden durar tres minutos, pero ocurren cuando la gente ya est\u00e1 estresada, apurada o haciendo malabarismos con m\u00faltiples prioridades. <\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-10\">Cuando estos puntos de contacto funcionan a la perfecci\u00f3n, generan confianza. Cuando fallan, los clientes lo recuerdan. Los largos tiempos de espera frustran al 64% de los usuarios de autoservicio, mientras que el 58% cita los pedidos incorrectos como su mayor punto de dolor. Un joven de 22 a\u00f1os puede hacer un pedido con el m\u00f3vil mientras que una persona de 65 disfruta charlando con el personal. Aun as\u00ed, el 92% de los encuestados afirma que las funciones digitales, como las pantallas de confirmaci\u00f3n o los totales visibles, mejoran su experiencia general una vez que est\u00e1n en la cola. <\/p>\n<p>Estos peque\u00f1os detalles marcan la diferencia. El 61% dice que le gusta ver lo que pide en una pantalla, y casi la mitad quiere ver el total antes de pagar. Y un tercio aprecia los tiempos de espera estimados o los carriles exclusivos para pedidos m\u00f3viles.
