CLIENT RELATIONS EXECUTIVE
Full-Time – Permanent Position
Client Relations Executives are the glue that ensures Clients and Account Managers know exactly what is going on. You’re the Wingman, the Defensive Midfielder, the Drummer in a band, the Stage Manager at the West End Show – You are essential to the success of the business.
You’ll be responsible for supporting the Sales Team with the smooth running of Key Accounts, interacting with Clients and internal departments so that Client expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
We’re looking for a candidate that comes equipped with problem-solving skills, a strong customer service ethic and a sales focus, but if you’re friendly, get along with people, can adopt a professional manner then we’d love to have a chat with you.

- IT literate i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Docs

- Responding to and closing sales for SME enquiries

SKILL/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Essential
- Intermediate experience with MS Office
- Sales administrative experience
- Ability to manage a multi-task workload
- Good timekeeping
- A team player
- Strong communication skills
Desirable
- Thrive in a target-driven team environment
- Being able to talk confidently & persuasively at all levels
- Experience working under pressure
