Full-Time – Permanent Position

Client Relations Executives are the glue that ensures Clients and Account Managers know exactly what is going on.  You’re the Wingman, the Defensive Midfielder, the Drummer in a band, the Stage Manager at the West End Show – You are essential to the success of the business.

You’ll be responsible for supporting the Sales Team with the smooth running of Key Accounts, interacting with Clients and internal departments so that Client expectations are not just met, but exceeded.

We’re looking for a candidate that comes equipped with problem-solving skills, a strong customer service ethic and a sales focus, but if you’re friendly, get along with people, can adopt a professional manner then we’d love to have a chat with you.



  • Delivering against targets and objectives
  • Ability to listen, ask questions and understand customer needs, values and aspirations, responding in a professional manner
  • A solutions driven attitude
  • Treat the Sales Team as customers and respond efficiently and effectively
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure client requirements are met at all times
  • Ensure tasks are completed within set deadlines
  • IT literate i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Docs
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Responding to and closing sales for SME enquiries
  • Self Management – Personal effectiveness / resilience / confidence




  • Intermediate experience with MS Office
  • Sales administrative experience
  • Ability to manage a multi-task workload
  • Good timekeeping
  • A team player
  • Strong communication skills


  • Thrive in a target-driven team environment
  • Being able to talk confidently & persuasively at all levels
  • Experience working under pressure
